They have a parking lot! My eggs were cooked perfectly and the peach jam and deliciously crispy rye toast were great together. Thin crispy bacon. Flavorful and filling portions. Service was extremely slow and the food was marginal. Granted it was 1:00 on a Sunday so it was expected to be busy but we were a party of 3 and many parties of two were seated before us. The food was just ok. The chicken in the slider was stringy and the waffles from the chicken and waffles were soggy. The home fries were not very good. It took an hour to get our food after waiting an hour to get our table.
Top 3 Chicken and Waffles you’ll find. More like dessert. Excellent burrito and traditional breakfast as well. Friendly staff and comfy vibe. Good parking most times.
Oh my goodness, what a wonderful restaurant and amazing meal. Definitely one of the best meals I've eaten. Fresh ingredients with wonderful flavors. Nic(k) was a fabulous waiter with great recommendations. We had the breakfast burrito, loaded hash browns and half order of the biscuits and gravy to share. You can not go wrong with choosing Flattop and Salamander for any meal.
One of my favorite breakfast spots but the bloody Mary was a bit watery and disappointing the last time i went. : hopefully it was just a fluke.
Great little spot for brunch. We had a chorizo hash, chicken and waffles (get the half and half), and tried a few cocktails. Everything was great. Friendliest staff. The place is very well run. High volumes of customers managed perfectly.
