Higgins is the original farm-to-table restaurant in Portland. The food is great! We come here every once in a while for special occasions. The service is really good too, particularly if you measure by whether your water glass stays full. You will likely need a reservation, though you could get lucky and be seated without one. I asked to see the staffs vaccine passports along with their IDs and, I was surprised when they told me, that is private information.
