Got the #15 pho with tenderloin tendon. First gotta taste the broth. Yeah. Just the right amount of good stuff. Then add the leaves, the sprouts, some jalapeño. Don’t add the plum sauce yet. Let it steep two minutes and then get busy slurping. Okay, just a few squirts of plum. Plenty of just-the-right-size sliced tenderloin. What Sierra doesn't like about Phở Mekha:
If I could give 3.5 I would. I went there to get pho, and I definitely enjoyed my meal! The broth was good, it had a unique flavor from other pho places but not in a bad way at all. The main difference I noticed was a more peppery flavor. That being said, the serving size was quite small, especially for the price.
