I don’t order food from here any longer. I only did multiple times bc the food itself is good. I stopped because more than once, they told me “it will be ready in 25 min” and I got there to pick it up and ended up having to wait 15 more minutes, 30 more minutes, etc. I’m ok if you say “it will be an hour” and I decide that’s fine, but THIS is not ok, especially when they didn’t offer a refund or free entree.
