All the ingredients are there but none of the flavors. Ordered lomo saltado, tallarines verde, bistec a lo pobre, papa a la huancaina y yucca frita. The yucca was burnt, the lomo didn’t have much flavor, the papa was undercooked, the tallarines were lightly sauté with the verde sauce (it’s supposed to be thicker), and the meat lacked salt.
