Good but could be better. I love this place the boba is great always nice to stop in and get some. Dining in the pho is good, reason why I say could be better is the new recipe they use. When I first came here the broth was very tasty, loved it. I don’t know if they changed it but now it tastes more sweet. Or less salty than it used to be. Staggeringly mediocre slop that wouldn't last five minutes if not in N Portland. The only highlight was the delightfully pompous old boy who proudly announced he was the owner.
