What Chuck S likes about The House Of Bánh Mì (the Hob):
They have the best bánh mì and customer service in Portland. I've tried literally every place that makes it and theirs its the best. My fave is with #6 Teriyaki Tofu w/spicy mayo. Ask for extra tofu and sauce — soo good! I got them to put it on their menu when they first opened and it's consistently fresh and amazing. Get one for lunch today and thank me later I'm loyal forever. View all feedback.

Absolutely befuddled with the high reviews for this place. The bread was stale and dry like it was at least a few days old. I also would've liked a better balance between the meat and the pickled veggies. I felt like I was eating a pickled vegetable sandwich at times. View all feedback.
