Wow! I should be eating Vietnamese food more often! Especially at Van Hanh! I went here last week and had the tofu spring rolls and the Buddha Bowl and both were absolutely delicious! I loved all the fresh mint and cilantro in both of the dishes. The Buddha Bowl had deep fried bean curd as the main protein and it was amazing.
