Seems they are out of everything very disorganized, and the facility lacks cleanliness. after two attempts I still could not receive what I ordered. "DAMN GOOD BBQ, drinks, and people. The whole reason we ate here was I was taking pictures of a home (I am a real estate photographer) in Burlington and I drove by. The smell of their bbq as I passed by caught my attention. If you can't smell the bbq before you get to a bbq joint it ain't worth stopping in. We tried the ribs and the brisket. The ribs were perfectly delicious. BUT oh lordy was the brisket good and thank god they did not trim off any of the fat. My only complaint was the collards (which were delicious). I used to live in Georgia and they always cooked collards with country ham. By country ham, I am talking the Southern kind that has it's own particular flavor. I wished a piece of ham would have been in the cup with the rest of the collard liquor. Bluebird is so good I would eat there right now if they were open."

"We've been there before, but they were closed for COVID. So I tried again. What an amazing place. If it's not here, you don't need it as they say. The name of this facility is Chef 's Corner, but it should really tempt your taste buds. I had the Breoche breakfast sandwich with domestic frits and coffee. Greg had the Broccoli quiche with green. We were so filled that we had no room for desserts. We're back."

"We had a boat trip on Lake Champlain and some time before starting. This was a good place to relax before and after. The beer is extraordinary tasty, everyone will find his or hers special. I tried Cascade, Crystal, and nameless. My favorite: Crystal. You’ll find also very friendly staff members. Don’t miss this place!"
