The place seemed well run during my visit. This was online order so no issues encountered. Food was ready for pick up at promised time amd customized.Plenty of parking. Lots of seating inside or outside (if weather is nice) View all feedback.
What D E doesn't like about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
They are just in a big hurry to push customers through. Wouldn't even give me a chance to look at what I wanted in my burrito bowl with out hurrying me. THEN what really ticked me off is they charged me extra for guacamole in my bowl which I did not notice until after I left. Thanks for nothing. WILL NOT BE View all feedback.

I had the worst experience at this Chipotle. The manager Omar has no customer service experience. I confirmed the kids order for my 5 year old before placing it. The kids meal comes with one quesadilla but I requested for an extra one. They told me that would be cheaper and so I placed the order. Upon payment, he said that he will have to charge me for 2 kids meal since that one extra quesadilla is not in the system. I told me that he did not advise me of that before and started fighting over the one quesadilla. He asked me to return the quesadilla that my 5 year old was already eating. That is simply disgraceful because he threw that in trash right after anyway. I will never be retuning to this place again. The general manger Mathew Sedra should really pay attention to the reviews of this Chipotle. There is a reason why people do not want to return here. Omar is the worst human being I have ever come across and he is not qualified to be a manager. Please hire people who have some experience in customer service and know how to treat your clients. We left our food behind because we felt unwanted in this place. Omar took it out on a 5 year old . SHAMEFUL
Hit or miss. Rude employees and bad portions literally go anywhere else.
First time coming to this chipotle location and will not be back again. The guy doing the checkout was extremely rude and passive aggressive. I asked for a side of cheese (not cheese sauce) which at request is given at all other chipotle’s that I’ve been to, but the guy stated that it was extra in an extremely rude manner. I’m spending $12 for a meal and barley getting what I asked for, I think asking for a side of cheese isn’t too much. They act like the food they give us is effecting their pockets and pay checks.
Ordered a bowl with the Al Pastor Chicken which turned out fine, but they put more than average sour cream into my bowl when I didn’t order it. Hire employees who can listen. ?
