Mcdonald's - Jermantown

What D M likes about Mcdonald's:
Clean facility, nice service. Food was better prepared than other McDonald's in the area. The Shamrock shake was horrible though, which has an unappetising menthe syrup. The syrup also was floating on top instead of mixed in, which, along with forgetting our condiment choice in the order, knocks the service down. View all feedback.

What Gee P doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
I just came from the drive-thru and while I understand that they may be short-staffed, waiting over 5 minutes for my food was not a problem. However, waiting over 5 minutes for the wrong order was frustrating. I double-checked my sandwich and waited at the window, only for the employee to completely ignore me and walk away. I used to work at Sonic, so I understand that it can be tough at times, but it's not difficult... View all feedback.
