Name of the restaurant is attractive and apt for its location. View from the restaurant is OK. Service is super slow. Taste is mediocre at best and bad value for money (for example, egg sandwich is unseasoned steamed eggs put between two cold slices of bread and a few pieces of fruit for more than $10) .
