Was in town on business, and needed a place to get some work done. Started my day right with my go to drink, an Americano. Very friendly workers and a very clean restaurant. View all feedback.
What Aly doesn't like about Bluestone Lane Jersey City Coffee Shop:
The soup dumplings are good but not great. The shredded chicken thigh noodle was disgusting. Gray, unseasonrd, boiled, with the gross skin still on, no seasoning, and tastes like it 's a day or two past its prime. Vegetables is literally just scallions. That and it took over an hour. Really disappointing. View all feedback.
I was wondering a little bit if I got the right order (smoked salmon on toast) because it looked slightly less jazzy than what I had expected. But it was correct (and yummy). Despite me having gotten what I ordered the staff and manager went out of their way to accommodate me, offered to redo it all, offered to make me something different and at the end they even surprised me with a complimentary almond croissant. I’m blown away by the great service!
Super cute and cozy location in Jersey City! Had my laptop and was able to get some work done while enjoying the Avocado toast with the lot. My Latte was hot and delicious as well. Will come back for sure!
I’ve been here only twice but had a great experience. The drinks were made to perfection. Magic and Latte. Quick service too
The location is excellent and the interior is Clean, spacious , comfy. It’s usually empty so it’s quiet and nice. It’s just unfortunate they have low-quality drinks and pastries. It’s pricey too for what you’re getting. Wouldn’t recommend the food or coffee, but the ambience was on point. From what I had the Lamington was okay, too mushy though. Cappuccino is Decent but not a fan of their coffee beans. Their Almond Croissant was old and dry. And I don’t think the barista knows how to make a latte since he just made a cappuccino.
This is what they just gave to a 9 months pregnant lady. After being told that there is green mold on the food, the response was a very casual “oh sorry, you want a refund or a new one?”How often do you guys poison pregnant people that you are so cool about this???
