This review is based on my delivery experience as I have not dined in. I ordered a Dominican picadera to be delivered and it was absolutely amazing! So much food for the price plus a complimentary large soda bottle! Delivery by Edward was smooth and easy. He was wonderful!! What Demetrius Jones doesn't like about Karina:
The food was good. The service was HORRIBLE. The server didn't communicate the wait time for my items that wasn't readily available. The cashier was outright RUDE!!! when I mentioned my displeasure of not being charged properly for items I requested. Simple communication could've resolved the problem. View all feedback.
Food is always so good and fresh..but the ladies could be a little feisty at times
