Phenomenal dining, ambience and service. No longer BYOB like some of the other older reviews mention. Lots of great vegetarian options on the regular menu and additional options on the daily specials as well. We tried the eggplant appetizer, spinach linguine and mushroom fettuccine entrees. What JAY doesn't like about Pasta Dal Cuore:
The food was just average. The pesto and bread as an appetizer was the best part of the meal. The pasta itself felt a little dry as the sauce wasn't really absorbed. The dish felt separated into two parts the pasta was on one side while the sauce was on the other. It was not cooked into the dish.
