This restaurant is a great spot for a delicious breakfast! The menu appears to be influenced by Southern cuisine with options like biscuits and gravy, waffles, and a special dish featuring goose. The service was good as well. View all feedback.
What Stephen Wayne doesn't like about Sam A.m.:
Nothing special on behalf of my food choice of eggs, sausage and potatoes w/ toast. I could?ve made the same thing at home but better. Potatoes needed seasoning. My blueberry lemonade was so good though. The highlight of my breakfast. My sister enjoyed her French Toast though. Got to try it and it was really good. So far it?s my sister?s fave French toast. She didn?t like her hot chocolate though. It needed more choc... View all feedback.
Just had the best reuben of my life and i’ve had many of them! the staff r also the nicest, warmest restaurant staff i’ve encountered in a long time in the nj/nyc area! 10 stars!!
Delicious ,fresh, and creative menu cooked with thought. We had the grits of the day and was featuring fried fish on top with Pico and an up egg. That left me wanting more. There chicken salad sami that was described to as best in the state. With chunky hand pulled chicken mixed so well on a crusty toasty bread. The tomato soup and side potatoes were delectable as well. Chef Sam is an interesting, funny guy as well and added to our experience. It was worth the wait for this cute place.
Popular place for brunch. It can get crowded during lunch hours. The service is friendly and attentive. Everyone is in a great mood even during these dark and trying times. The food is not going to blow your socks off, but still delicious nonetheless. If you’re looking for a rustic, homey food, then I’d recommend this place
Came here randomly on a Friday morning for breakfast and everything was perfect- great food, service, vibe and music. My new go-to breakfast spot.
Dishes are tasty and music is good. Coffee is not their best thing and a bad odor gets on you when you dine in.
