We were looking for a place to eat in the area, it was so good. Friendly staff and atmosphere. Great food at a good price, no matter what you order it's made to perfection. I?m a green plantain lover so I ordered mini mofongo, lobster mac and cheese( is a must) and fried calamari. Highly recommend for an Dominican food experience. View all feedback.

What Naizareth Rodriguez doesn't like about The Factory:
Terrible service. If the waitress is gonna force you to pay the tip, the least she could do is do her job. As soon as we got our food she came back to our table to bring the check because she was leaving. Also, they have in their menu that the gratuity is added to orders over 130, but according to the waitress they stopped doing that a while ago and just add it to all checks.
