An oasis of calm for when you tire of the hustle and bustle. Lovely courtyard garden or sit inside the elegant dining room. Food choices limited but appropriately Austrian and sensibly priced. If the door is shut in the evening ring the bell. Then go up to the roof terrace for great views. View all feedback.
What l doesn't like about Austrian Hospice:
One of the worst sacher of my life! The service is simply missing, it’s self service at the bar. That’s a pity because despite this the place looks lovely. The access at the rooftop is not free. View all feedback.
Very nice hotel, the view from the rooftop is amazing. Must go up when you visit Jerusalem. The garden cafe is beautiful with an interesting atmosphere inside the walls of the old city of Jerusalem. The staff is always friendly and helpful
Nice rooftop view and great spot for a rest in the shade while touring Jerusalem. The exhibits on the walls in the hallways on each floor are interesting and informative.
We only visited the cafe but it was so wonderful. Amid the insane bustle of the old city is this place with a huge and gorgeous garden . The cafe is self service and you bring your food out to the tables in the garden. Great options available including large Austrian beers.
The atmosphere is pleasant, the strudel was tasty. The building itself is very nice and you can also sit in the garden outside. Most of the clients are German so it’s cool if you want this kind of atmosphere. If the door is locked during working hours, just ring the bell.
Perfect respite for a coffee, strudel, and some sunshine! Beautiful grounds with plenty of varying seating arrangements: patio, garden, enclosed greenhouse, indoor cafe seating. The bistrot has a lovely selection of typical coffeehouse fare: drinks, pastries, even a limited lunch menu with salads, pastas, sandwiches, soups, etc. Furthermore, don’t miss the beautiful rooftop view on your way out!
