My Subway experience, the Store at Hwy 341 and Sunset Blvd, was Excellent . I needed a Party Tray for tonight. The Young Gentleman called his Manager and asked if he could fill the order. The answer was yes. He made up the Party Tray, packaged it nicely. I thanked him and gave him a nice tip.The Subway on Hwy 301/US 341 had to have 24 hour pre-order. I don 't need a Tray tomorrow. Subway is always excellent. He fixed our sandwiches perfect. He was friendly.
Refuse to honor national coupons. Understand its up to store but
My husband ordered a pizza sub for me. Upon arrival at home, I opened it up and it was soggy and loaded with so much sauce that it was borderline soup. He took it back and asked if they could remake it. He could barely get the words out of his mouth before a rude employee shut him down quickly and responded by telling him he would have to repay for it. When I was told this, I called the store and asked the girl who answered if I could get managements phone number. She got loud and said I could come up there the next day and talk to them. She would not give me any kind of contact for complaint. And argued over the phone yelling over me, telling me I should have asked for light sauce. I am a repeat customer who never has to ask for light sauce because I never need to when it is made right. She then hung up on me. So I drove to the store to get her name. She got hostile and started threatening to call the police. I then attempted to take a picture of her to show management when I could speak with them the next day. This was the most horrible experience I have ever had at a subway, and I will not be returning if this girl is not reprimanded for her behavior. You do not treat or speak to customers that way. She needs to lose her job.Attached is the only image I was able to get, since she was dodging the photo.
What is the point of printing coupons if Subway will not honor them?
