Excellent hotel in jharsuguda city.I have stayed in this hotel for one day.It's Approximately 3kms from Jharsuguda Jn. railway station.This is a good location for business travellers as it is close to Vedanta Ltd.(Aluminium and Power).Good foods,Nice rooms,excellent service,good swiming pool,good Gym.All over a very nice experience... Food is ok but service is poor. Though they were good people but disinterested in the business. It may be the after effect of post Covid staffing. The standalone options today are better and friendlier. When asked for Manager, the team was not only unwilling...to share contact but also he may not be reachable. View all feedback.

The bar/restaurant is very basic. Service is ok with only the barman servicing the bar and tables so sometimes waiting time to top op drinks or add to order tak...

good for business trips and short stay, Food quality is better. Staff is very co-operative and pick up from railway station is arranged by hotel

"The rooms were very dirty with leftover food from the previous tenants. The service were very bad even after we complained about the room they were very slow to act on it to a point were we all slept till they decides to clean the room. The reception staff still tried to charge us extra even after we reported all these discomforts.The only good point we felt about theyre service was the security staff who had a little bit of concern about theyre entity. The reception sevice was very bad to a point we were totally annoyed. The extra bed they provided us with were all dirty and unsanitory its overpriced as well as unsatisfying and cometely not worth it"
