Contribute Feedback好吃到拍桌的白水豆花，跟店家聊了一下，了解到 豆花使用的水源是來自宜蘭雪山山脈，而豆花製程不可或缺的凝固劑則是來自東岸太平洋深層海水（我相信大家都知道天然的最好），因為遵循古法直火煮漿，濃度與溫度都掌握得宜，口感滑嫩彈舌，驚為天人的美味，像是初戀的滋味 ～在這裡豆香滿室.. 如果你夠幸運，可以同時看到兩位帥哥老闆，一位像古天樂、一位像余文樂 ，吃豆花之餘眼睛還吃了冰淇淋haaaa，還有一位遠從台東北上尋夢的阿美族妹妹，遠離家鄉 就為了要擁有一技之長，專職做好豆花的 店長妹妹（聽了好感動喔 ～讓我想到那個20歲的自己 都沒有這麼大的勇氣）。 白水豆花 絕對不僅是一碗豆花而已，而是一份最純粹的堅持、夢想，還有最重要的，單純把事情做到最好的初心豆花，真心不騙 超推薦給大家
