"The QUALITY OF FOOD is going DOWN and I?m so tired paying money for a meal that I had to throw half of it away. I came on my birthday spent $12 for a meal and half of it was thrown away. I asked for WAFFLE FRIES but I RECEIVED WAFFLE CRUMBS. Then Iasked for NO SALT but the WAFFLE CRUMBS was COLD. I?m just so tired of the poor food, I ask for what I ask for and they give youanything they want to give you. So, I went into the store today 11/16 and management act like he didn?t care. Mr McGrath y?allneed to RETRAIN the employees because I don?t think they?re happy because there is NO way they are happy with the QUALITY ofFood that is being served."
