"I am a Brazilian with extensive experience in our style of grilled meat (churrascarias, rodizios, Fogo de Chao), but in all my years I had never been to a real smokehouse BBQ. I went with my wonderful Texas Blackfoot squaw, Pam, and I was amazed at the quality and abundance of the brisket and ribs. The service was excellent, the manager friendly, and the terrific Pitmaster Amador showed us everything. I look forward to returning each time I am in Jalisco."
