After reading an article in gourmetiz.be, we thought we were going to try the experience. Finally, a very pleasant surprise. We took the 5 services menu with the wine [hidden link] . very little to say, it was succulent, a subtle mix of flavors accompanied by aromatic plants lost our taste buds. quantities are appropriate, wines are tightened regularly. the usual server being absent was the bassian chef charles, the chef himself did the service in the room, taking the time to discuss, explaining his career path, his culinary choices, etc. nothing to say either. the only apartment is the decoration of the main room that does not honor the kitchen. If the color of the chassis, walls, carpenters, furniture were harmonized why not all in black? It would immediately give another stamp. the terrace is pleasant and pretty, and there is also a part to take the aero and another for desserts that are much more modern and in agreement with the level of the kitchen. at the level of the atmosphere, we were only 3 tables this Tuesday, because it is not covide, it is obviously less pleasant to eat in an empty restaurant.
