Original Sokos Vaakuna - Joensuu

The bed was very comfortable,breakfast was good and I loved the general atmosphere. Would definitely recommend

Very happy with our stay in a standard queen room, felt like a more luxurious room tbh. Breakfast had everything you could ask for and the customer service was splendid. The sauna facilities were included in the price, was a big plus to find jacuzzi and steam sauna there as well. Beds were very comfortable!

The sauna facilleties were tiny and the jacuzzi was not warm. There were food on the peanuts on the floor. One employee jokaked about almost killing my friend after giving them a chocolatebar which contained nuts after complaining about the peanuts on the floor and stating they were a health risk. The interious was not supermodern. Nice staff still.

Basic room, a bit too much noise from the street, and our toilet didn't flush on first night. Breakfast was good. And location right downtown was excellent.

The first impression was very very good, but in the morning opinion had changed. Big spacious room, good sanitary facility, but... Bed is too soft. Breakfast terrible: there are plenty of food but not tasty. Water in shower change temperature despite of thermostat...
