"First called to place my order at 2:23 today. A male answered and immediately asked me to hang on. I can overhear the conversations near the telephone. It is now 2:43 and I have hung up at started trying to call back to order again with no answer. Similar situation as last time. This may be the LAST time. No way to treat your costumers. Thank you"

"Steak was not very good at all. Way over priced and had no flavor. The fried scallops were amazing. Salad was shredded lettuce assuming for burgers. Great ranch dressing. Asked for catfish and got white fish but was very good. Still wanna taste their catfish. Hush puppies were the best tasking ones I've ever had since my grandmother passed away. Shaped like onion but were Hush puppies. Would go back again if they clean their bathrooms and order seafood only."

"We were driving through and excited to get a great burrito. Sadly disappointed. When we arrived at probably about 7:30 or so I decided to get one of their signature burritos. The girl making it asked if I wanted it just as it came. I said yes! So she started with the beans then said we are out of pork pick another protein. No problem I’ll have chicken. Then she passed it off to someone else who said we don’t have the corn salsa or the banana peppers or the pineapple. Ok at this point it’s a completely different burrito with 1/2 the ingredients missing. My partner got one of the ones with fries and there were about 8 dry French fries at the bottom of the bin, clearly needed to drop more. We got two fountain drinks and two of the flavors of soda were out of syrup… went to the bathroom and the trash was overflowing. Wish we had gotten poke bowls instead. The final result was ok… but super lackluster and the whole operation just felt lazy.If you order something and you don’t have the ingredients say at the beginning so I can pick something else or change my mind.Overall just felt lazy."

"Very disappointed. Ordered a taco salad w/chicken. It was very pricey and very skimpy! Small amount of lettuce, one wedge of tomato, dry chicken, very small dollop of sour cream, taco shell was okay that was it....oh, I ordered a small hot cheese...got home....no sign of the cheese! I was so looking forward to a good taco salad. Did not happen. Sad customer."
