This place has wonderful spices available in the grocery store and wonderful food available in the buffet. And apparently, the buffet is about to expand! The coffee is flatly some of the best, if not the very best, I've ever had. Spiced iced tea is coming soon. The woman running the place is a sheer pleasure as well. View all feedback.

Excellent food and friendly folk. I’ve been here at least three times and it has been consistently good.
I saw the sign for an Ethiopian buffet, and thought it was definitely worth trying. I am glad I did! Delicious!
Excellent, delicious, authentic Ethiopian food with a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. My guests (from an area of San Francisco with a particularly high density of Ethiopian restaurants) said it was easily as good as anything they'd had at their SF Ethiopian favorites, and especially appreciated the unusual spiced coffee, the buffet format, and the easy access to forks.
Authentic Ethiopian flavors! Thanks to my husband and his family who grew up in Ethiopia, I have a good sense of what this food should taste like. And this was fabulous. Merci is an amazing chef and so friendly which added the great experience. Highly recommend!
