A nice local spot to grab a beer and some good food in a friendly atmosphere. I had the patty melt with sweet potato fries and it was especially tasty. My wife had one of the pizzas and said it was very good. We also had the chocolate cake a la mode. Itwas good but very rich, so think about splitting a piece! Helpings overall were plentiful. If you're in the Johnson City area,this is a spot worth going to. read more.

"Love this picturesque casual restaurant with a local Texas feeling in the heart of the beautiful little town blanco. apparently it is a busy and popular restaurant that judges from the crowds of people there and why would they not be popular? they have live music, great service and eat! it's a winning combination in my book. it is on the Blanco Square so that they are going to lunch and buy in the cute shops. we had sandwiches with wonderful homemade broths. I enjoyed her great Cesar salad with huh. we sat on the veranda terrace as it was a beautiful day. the staff is super friendly and helpful. So if they're in blanco, they'll try."

"We came out to support a local and owned company. As a member of Austin? Old 300 really wanted to make sure it lived up to my family heritage. The Akaushi Burger with Brisket was added as close to perfect as I could imagine. The smoke was strong and perfect for my taste. I could have got a picture, but when I got my camera out, there was only a little sauce left. There's a 100% chance we'll be back. Shoot for a Tuesday if you want an Akaushi burger. Very good!"

"5 of us stopped here for dinner. 2 ordered the ribeye and brussel sprouts and they both enjoyed their meal. However, the rest of us were disappointed with ours. My husband ordered the pork chop. While well seasoned, I thought it was very chewy. But thebiggest disappointment was our chicken entree. On the menu, there was a Half smoked chicken for $19. The waitress told usright away that they didn 't have that but the substitution was another chicken. Since my sister and I don 't eat pork or beef,we decided to share the chicken dish since it was half chicken . As you can see from the pic, we received a very small quarterchicken!! Just a drumstick and thigh. No breast, no wing. Definitely not big enough to really share ???? And, the price of thisother chicken was $27. I won 't be coming back."
