Subway - Johnson City

They were out of all bread except wheat. How do you run out of bread when you make it? They also were out of small pizza crusts. When I got my change it was 65 cents worth of nickels. Apparently they ran out of other coins as well. Not a great impression. The food was decent.Food: 3/5

I ordered a footlong on 11/02/22 around 8:30 pm. The server did not add any veggies, it was not toasted, and no sauces were added. Is this some sort of joke? That’s not what I paid for.

Everytime I come in here I’m never failed. The lady named April is such a Gem! She’s so nice and cares about her customers!! I love her

I ordered a sandwich with extra veggies. This order is saved to my app, so I *know* what the sandwich is supposed to look like. That is not what I got. Instead of extra vegetables (or extra ANYTHING) I got a ham sandwich with only half the veggies I ordered, and very little of those. The bread was fresh, so they get a star for that, and the drive thru was nice, so they get a star for that, too, but that's it. I'm sadly disappointed as I've never had my favorite sandwich botched so drastically.

Usually Very clean, fast service, no trouble when I ordered in store. But when I ordered ahead it was a nightmare. For the love of sandwiches teach your people that condiments go on bread not on top of your toppings! Pretty basic sandwich stuff. Eveything was a mess when we opened our sandwiches, couldn't eat it because the mayo mustard had drenched everything, spilled out of the wrapper and down the sides.They were apologetic but didn't invite me back to refund me.
