What Jordan Hornbaker doesn't like about Jimmy John's:
This is the last straw I've had with this place!!! They scew up my order constantly, and when I show up to grab a sandwich for the road when they are supposed to open at 10:30am and they will not make me a sandwich because they have a big to go order is unacceptable. You need to go and change your hours if you're not going to open at the time you say you are. This is bad business!!!! Bigtime!!! Never go here! You wil... View all feedback.

I’m standing outside and it’s 10:32 and the guy says they don’t open until 11. But everything else says they are open at 10:30.
