El Mariachi from Johnston Menu

What JK S doesn't like about El Mariachi:
Food was decent, margaritas weren't very strong but good. Once the food was served to our large group (20ish) didn't see the waitress again until everyone was pretty much done eating, and that was to ask about boxes. This group goes there once a month so I decided to go with, wasn't all that impressed. Would only return because of my group, not on my own. read more.

The tacos carnal asada is to die for. The chips were warm and the pico was fresh. Salsa was okay but not awesome. I come here every time I come to town.

"My search for a great Philly cheesesteak led me to Jersey Mike?s today. I arrived over the lunch hour and the line was nearly to the door. Staff were obviously well trained and worked quickly to get everyone through. I ordered a large standard cheesesteak sandwich for my daughter and I to split and a regular chicken Philly with bacon and ranch for my other daughter, a small bag of Cheetos, and drank water for a total of $24.00. The large sandwich is approximately 12 inches long with a substantial amount of meat with melted provolone, onions, and green peppers. The melted provolone and juice from the meat drip down your chin as you attempt to devour it and the rosemary bread was perfectly toasted. This was the closest I have found to the real deal in Iowa and I will definitely be back for more."
