Coming in here, I expected to eat well, but I wouldn't have thought I'd come out by saying that it was the best restaurant in the yonne I ate in, or should I say tasted. The kitchen is a sharing, and that's exactly what the cook and his mom do, through original dishes, worked and really mastered. We made a gustative journey far exceeding our expectations.
