The food and customer service was excellent. The staff was very polite and accommodating. If you have a chance to go I recommend the mushrooms and the okra. Chicken ok, mushrooms not great, french fries would be really good but they don't salt them. I mean,what's the point of fries if they are not salted! Also it's a little pricey and the parking situation is ridiculous (no fault of the restaurant). Would go again and make sure they salt the fries. View all feedback.
When I talk about service this place was amazing I mistakenly called a few minutes before they closed and they still cooked my order fresh and stayed open till I got there thank you browns in Joliet!

I was actually surprised how good their chicken was. I have been to many Brown's that the chicken was so greasy that the bottom of the bag broke open from the grease. This was very good.
This Brown’s location makes quality food. I’ll definitely go back.
