Arby's - Jonesboro

Never had a bad experience here. My last visit Tyronda took my order was very polite and professional. I tried the new Waygu Burger. It was pretty good.

I was in this facility at 130. Not too busy. I was greeted immediately. The servers were all ready to take your order in a friendly way. I like that I came in good spirits, I left in better spirits. Your Dollar Specials are Monday thru Friday from 2pm to 5. Sliders fries etc. They went the extra mile to inform me about their specials. I like that. Keep the good work guys

I ordered the French Swiss and Dip Combo. Diving was not open, so I came through the driver. It took a while for me to get my order, but they are so short employees so I can forgive it. What I appreciate in this place is that my food was fresh and they had the bathroom for my sandwich (some places will say that they don't have the bathroom I just want to tell the people who work at this point that I really appreciate you!

There were only 1 employees (oh yes only one) on Sunday night 8 May 2022. There was a line, and she's killed her. Orders, money and cooking When my memory serves me well, she was called Ty. Increase payment like you the PRICES of foods, offer better BENEFITS like your menus offer varieties of different articles and REWARD your employees when they go beyond and beyond, instead of ringing a bell when we leave the restaurant

Used drive through, ordered cashier had me drive to window took her forever to give me a total. Handed me my food almost spilling it. Closed window , never said thank you or apology for taking so long nothing .
