Bliss Cupcake Cafe - Jonesboro

I love the cupcakes and candy at this Jonesboro restaurant! They always have a great variety of cupcakes and other sweet treats like edible cookie dough. They even have pupcakes for the dogs to enjoy!

It was my birthday on Wednesday (10/12) and I was thrilled to find out that Bliss had my favorite cookie cream cupcakes available that day. I picked some up, but unfortunately my cat got to them the next day and ruined them. When I called Bliss on Friday (10/15), they didn't have the cupcakes on the menu, but offered to make a special order for me. I declined, as I only wanted four cupcakes. They took my information and said they would call me if the special flavor was available again. Within minutes, they called back to say they would bake the cupcakes for me to pick up that day. I was touched by their kindness and their excellent customer service. I now have four delicious cookie cream cupcakes safely stored in my refrigerator. Thank you, Bliss!

The service at this restaurant was not great, except for one worker who seemed to be juggling multiple tasks at once. While another person seemed to be just sitting there, the girl who was multitasking eventually helped me and made my experience smoother. She is the only reason why I am giving this place 2 stars instead of 1.

They have more than just cupcakes, but when I say their cupcakes are good.. You're delicious! Your cookie sandwiches are my personal favorite, the icing used in the middle is a good quality and the cookie is the perfect consistency. They also offer drinks from a cooler, local fashion options, and even some cake decorations for your own cakes!

Stopped by this dessert shop after reading on their website that they offered gluten free options. I bought the gluten free Butterfinger cupcake for my mother and she raved about it and was extremely happy and plans to visit the location herself. They offer a lot of different cupcakes and even full sized cakes and dog treats baked for your furry friends. They also offered merchandise for parties and whatnot to accompany any cakes purchased for events. Good dessert spot and I will revisit.
