Fresh Smoothie Cafe - Jonesboro

My smoothie was good, a little expensive. I would have got another star, but the cashier wasn't friendly. She talked to me when she talked about her Airpods on the phone and talked to someone else. That's pretty rude. @Owner- I will have absolutely a wonderful day. They also have a great day and work to provide better customer service.

People there are very nice. The service was also fast. The smoothie was very delicious and fresh fruit was used to make it. I had a mixture of blue berries, strawberries and other fruits. You can make your own smoothie. The chicken salad package I got honest was not so tasteful, but I also had Covid at that time, so maybe it was because I couldn't taste anything. The food was made very fresh, although I enjoyed it.

Today I had the best turkey pack ever from this place! I don't know who did it, but I did it. Also the African American girl in the register makes amazing! I ordered online and came to pick up, but there was a line. The cashier called my name to see if I was there and I was! I didn't have to wait and I loved her great customer service. Job well done fresh smoothie cafe!

What I want for black companies is to practice better customer service. I've eaten here all the time, not only the quality sunk, but last time I was here, I ordered a pack and a smoothie . . I noticed that the girl that had made my food?t still made my smoothie. I asked if I could change my smoothie order(the smoothie is more expensive than the juice. And the owner was rude and passive that he said no to me. I'm okay, but an explanation or at least no, in a pleasant way would have gone a long way. Would that have been so hard? It's not always what you say it's like you say it. Me? I don't have to explain this to the entrepreneurs. I make my own food at home! And I see why they always have new employees!

Truly a great experience. The owner was very polite and professional. You can tell he loves what he is doing with this place. I had a black bean burger salad and black bean burger as well as sweet potato fries. Very quality food and ingredients. Also had a smoothie. I love that you could choose your own base and ingredients for it. Very fresh tasting! I?ll definitely find myself here a few times a Month!
