Haven't been in a while... Nice surprise... Remodeled... Clean... Food was fresh, favorable, and hot! And cannot beat the speed of getting lunch!

Meat from grill is always cold! Been there 3 times and it's always cold! They precook the steak and set it to the side.....they don't try or offer to reheat it...

"My sister and I attempted to eat at Rice Box this afternoon. I?ve eaten here multiple times (take out) and never had any issues and the employees were always so nice. We walked in and we?re ignored by two different employees. There was not a sign saying to wait to be seated or to seat yourself, so I asked the employee behind the bar if we needed to seat ourselves. I honestly didn?t know because I?ve always gotten take out. The employee replied ?you might as well? and rolled his eyes. I made sure I heard him correctly and he said it again. We should have left then, but we seated ourselves. We sat down and waited for menus. No one came to our table, but two other guests came in and were immediately greeted and sat by the same employee. At this point, we left and I will not be back. I understand the weight of a bad review and would normally never leave a negative review, but I was shocked by how blatantly rude the employee was for no reason. *I waited tables for several years and I would have never treated guests like this nor would the businesses I worked for have allowed this*"

"Wait staff is responsive, and timely. Such a fun food experience for children and adults. Our chef was funny and more interactive with our children at the table than I have seen at anywhere similar style restaurant. Lunch seems to be a slower time to go, but would make a great date night."

"Pizza is quite good. Well cooked with a crispy cheese edge on thick pizzas. Some in my group complained about a lack of pizza sauce on their slices. Mine were OK though. Maybe ask for extra sauce or sauce on the side. Longer than estimated carryout wait time meant a bit of a wait in the parking lot. Very friendly staff. Recommended by this admitted pizza junkie."

"Wow!! Loved eating there. Glad there's indoor dining too. Love their fried traditional catfish. Their coleslaw was ?love the hushpuppies too. My husband got the craw fish platter. Was huge. Had shrimp on a skewer too. Was very good. Great service. Girls very attentive. Will be back"
