"We were a party of having brunch. of the guests (including myself) selected the breakfast buffet and the remaining selected items of the menu. Thé buffet was unfortunately extremely mediocre, the warm selections were all cold and bland. The pastry selections were dry, and didn’t seem fresh. The pancakes were hard and the French toast was burnt. Very disappointing from the standard that the Ritz Carlton name carries. On a positive note thé guests that ordered from the menu were happy with their selections. The wait staff were superb and deserved every bit of the service charge pre added to our bill. Lastly, I received a stern email from open door that I had not shown up for my reservation. It appears my reservation was not entered or updated in the system. I cannot return here for breakfast neither can I recommend it to anyone"

"Manager wouldn?t let me place an order inside due to us not having mobile app orders. Drive thru is darn near wrapped around the building with nobody inside. Especially after a long hard day of work. I feel that is such an inconvenience and a way toforce you into using something you don?t desire too. Definitely will be contacting corporate as I?m sure the objective of thebusiness is to make money and provide great customer while doing so. Not turning customers away for not having an app or anmobile or online order. Had to drive over 10 miles to the next restaurant. Very irritated because I usually have greatexperiences as I frequently go here every other day."
