It may be the Roanoke hospitality, but the folks at this Pizza Hut have been nice and fuss-free.

Waitress was great, poor selection of pizza on buffet. Had a coupon and it still wasn't worth it, never going back. Second star is for the waitress.

We ordered pizzas, breadsticks and wingsThey didn't deliver the wingsSpoke with the manager who said they'd send it right out.

"We passed by here to wait out a thunderstorm. Service was amazing but man the bbq recipe has to be checked on cause that was one of the most dry, tough and flavorless pulled pork and brisket I've ever eaten. But we loved the hush puppies the best, funny how the best thing came from a plastic package though haha. "Service was extremely lacking even though the place was dead and there were multiple waitstaff. Once the food was dropped off we never saw the waitress again. Had to go looking for her. Food was not edible. Soggy nachos. Ordered steak salad but got chicken. Salad was basically lettuce and loads of sour cream with 3 pieces of meat. I'm honestly not sure how this place is still in business. I don't know how anyone can mess up Mexican food, but they've mastered it."
