Starbucks - Jonesboro

I?ve been a daily starbucks customer for 10+ years now and this is hands down one of the worst starbucks Iv?e seen operated. The same drink will turn out different depending on who's making it and even though they accept mobile orders they keep them hidden behind the counter, don?t call your name out when your drink is ready, and you have to wait several minutes just to get someones attention to tell them that you have a mobile order not convenient at all. Every other starbucks location Iv?e been to always puts the drinks that are ready to go on the outer counter for people to conveniently pick up, not sure why it?s not done this way at this location but it causes a lot of trouble for anyone trying to get in and out quickly. Today for example after letting an employee know I had a pick up order I waited 30+ minutes until the employee realized my drink had already been made within a few minutes of my arrival, my name was never called out, instead my drink was made and then hidden on their back counter until someone bothered to notice.

My mom and me and my friend went to this Starbucks drive thru and the worker that looked like she was asain and kinda old with red dyed hair never gave my mom her card back or a receipt. We didn?t realize until we left to go to Memphis and had to go back to starbucks to get her card back. A day later my mom checked what was purchased recently and there was two purchases of Starbucks on her card after she bought us some coffee that weren?t the ones we ordered. I don?t know much about how I can get this lady to get fired because of what happened. The lady seemed too nice when she had taken our order.

I?m not a coffee drinker and the parking lot is a nightmare but the people and location is beautiful.

You are gonna sir in the drive through no less then 30 minutes then probably have your order wrong as well. I don?t k ow why they can?t hire or keep good employees

Good coffee as always from a starbucks, but they are always so slow! Be ready to sit in the drive thru line or inside the building for 30 minutes for your coffee! Not a great location.
