Today they seemed like they were in a rush. My food wasn’t as warm, my chips were popped while being served. Everything else was fine and I even tipped but the store wasn’t busy at all. So I wonder why they didn’t take a few more minutes to prep my food a little bit better. View all feedback.
We go to Tropical Smoothie Cafe ALL the time. This one time our food was pretty bad. I left a 1 star review but the owner reached out to me personally! And that is deserving of an edit. Tropical Smoothie Cafe is great! And 99% of the time they deserve 5 stars.

I love this place! A smoothie on the go in the hot weather is hard to beat. I ordered online, and when I arrived, they were just finishing my order. It was perfectly made.
