This is my first favorite meal. I get what they call the chicken lunch special or the beef lunch special. It is actually a traditional Korean Bi Bim Bap meal. Cost about $13,50 plus a $2,50 tip makes it $16. Orders only to go at this time. Call it and it's ready in 20 minutes. They are open from 11 am to 2 pm. They are closed on Sundays and Mondays. Korean Garden was the first place I've ever eaten Korean food. Since then I have eaten Korean food in a variety of states, but none were as good as Korean garden in Junction City, Kansas. Due to COVID and personnel problems, their dining room remains closed. However, a take-out is still available. The portions are slightly smaller and the prices are higher....but for me it is worth the occasional indulgent. Your dining room and kitchen are SPOTLESSLY clean compared to other local Asian restaurants and shops. The food is so tasteful. Yes, their open hours are limited, but it is worth taking the time and effort from this delicious Korean restaurant. My reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is only politics because of the smaller portion sizes, the higher prices and the exception.

Great tasting! Friendly staff. They are great to remember that you interact with their customers. This place is very popular in the payday lunchtime can usually be busy. They do a great job during these times, I never had an experience where any of the food has suffered quality even in the most busy times.
We've eaten here a lot. Always great service, excellent food and very clean.
Nice Korean food joint. Surely some Korean expats running this place. Menu is simple and food is out in a flash. Dishes come out similar to if you were in Korea with the metal rice bowls and clay soup pots. Plenty of side dishes offered with a meal. There is a market attached that offers exported food from throughout Asia not just Korea.
