ordered two coffees and an breakfast melt and chicken pack. waited 20 minutes for our food. a kind of barista asked if we are still waiting for our food and check it out for us. after about 8 minutes I asked another barista if our job was ready, she said: it would be ready if it were finished with a snarchy tone. stellar customer service would be to look through the tiny window and get a eta on our order. the other b...
