Honestly, I'm a bit baffled by all the five star reviews for this place. The ambience is great and there's nothing wrong with the service. But when I go to a cute coffee shop and pay $5 for a cappuccino, I'm used to getting a generous serving in a ceramic mug, usually with some artistic presentation.
