"What can I say, the Auberge du chateau was a needed arrival in Loudenville and boy did it deliver. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming with an open fire on which meat in often cooked in front of you. The food is brilliant mountain grub with a protein packed menu that also caters to vegetarians, a feature not often seen in this part of france."

"After a search for restaurants doomed to failure since 8:30, we found comfort in this restaurant where the boss has been very nicely served us to take away although the service is over. "I 've been to Casa Benito for around 20 years and keep coming every year. This is without any doubt one of the best places in the valley, for food and even more for the competent and friendly service. Domingo, his wife and staff will make you feel at home and, a part from a very complete and tasty menu, always surprise you with some specials. Don 't forget to try the Dama Blanca de las Nieves as desert, it 's outstanding... as is everything else. I 'LL BE BACK !"
