"Please avoid Halais Dum Biryani kazhakuttom for odering food items . Their service and food is Terrible. I ordered 15 chicken fried rice for giving treats to my wife 's friends at karyavattom botany department. While Ordering, I asked them to provide salad and pickle and they have accepted and noted it down in the order sheet. But they didn 't supply salad and pickle. They didn 't even given ketchup too. Normally most of the good restaurant at kazhakuttom provides free home delivery and Halais asked extra money for that, hence she decided to go and collect it from there. The fried rice was not good and the treat got messed up. I comes to know this two hours later and called them regarding this, The one who attend the phone call was very rude and he didn 't even ready to say sorry to me. I told him that if he tell this before I wouldn 't place the order and will choose another hotels. He told me that why I am making this much noise for this. I never experienced this kind of poor customer service in any restaurant."

"I ordered a Spicy Max Breast and i didn't have any hope as i was ordering it first time from this place but you guys really amazed me with the portion, packing and taste. It was really juicy and delicious. The Mayonnaise was fresh and the salad was also good. I really enjoyed the meal. Thank you so much for a great meal."

"I had vegetarian meals from this place. Food tastes good. It could have been a better experience if they can also contain Moru Curry with Sambar. The staff was friendly. The parking lot is very limited. Security chettan is very active with a smiling face."

"A very nice restaurant in the bypass. Very good ambience. Nice service by the staff. Large and unique items that are mainly available in Idioyappam. It's too good and cheap. Biriyani combo costs 250 is really worth money. The average cost per pair is about 400. You don't have your own parking and we have to park on the street."
