Remember...it's a military mess hall, not a Michelin restaurant. So, please manage your expectations. There are a limited range of main dishes. On our visit, there were only 2. Unsupervised self service, buffet style dining. Unfortunately, this means unlimited portions for some folks and subsequently, wastage : The food tasted really good.
