"Didn’t have the chance to eat the shabu-shabu, had the lunch tonkatsu set. Very worth the money. Tender meat with the pork taste coming through without being overpowering. Cheese katsu was also extremely good. Would highly recommend. Shame didn’t come with roasted sesame that we can grind to go with the sauce and meat."

"Excellent fresh conveyor belt sushi, fast service off menu (only ordered a soda though) and self service hot water and matcha and ginger. Must request wasabi separately. For 2 of us, we only spent 3000 JPY. Lots of diff toro fatty tuna options, my favorite. They tally up the plates and costs at the end. Highly recommend!"

"Wow this Starbucks shop is one of the best I have visited in terms of design and space. The building is beautiful from outside and harmonious with its environment. The interior design stands out by wooden touches, nice tables and chairs and coffee presenters. Must visit spot if you come to Kagoshima."

"I loved my stay at Vegetus Sara. The owners have been running this place for 28 years and the entire place feels like their living room. The food was delicious and reasonably priced (1000 yen for the vegan lunch dinner plate). Definitely would come back on my next visit to Kagoshima!"
