What jay likes about Red Eight:
Went to Red Eight for a coffee date, it was the first time I'd sat inside and had food as opposed to grabbing a takeaway hot chocolate (because they definitely have the best hot chocolate in Kaiapoi! The staff was really nice and it was very clean, the decor was very trendy and would be a cute insta spot if you're into that kinda thing. We ordered the pancakes. They were absolutely amazing!
