What User likes about Genki Sushi:
An interesting concept, it is nice that you can only order from one screen and have delivered it with a small train to your table. Beverages are very expensive compared to other restaurants and the dessert prices are somewhat high for what you get. All in all, food is good, but small portions. I would be a great place to take kids to keep them entertained while your food arrives View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Genki Sushi:
Long wait for nothing special. Service is pretty sub-par. One of the guys decided to break out the bucket and mop to start mopping while I was eating. Also, we had a party of 4 seated after we had already ordered, yet they got all of their plates (I counted 14 of theirs) before we received ours. We only got 6 out 12 of out orders. The party of 4 ate and left before we got our last order. Pretty inconsistent service. View all feedback.
